Newland House is an impressive residential family home that is steeped in tradition both inside and out. Originally home to three generations of blanket industrialists, the prominent Early family, Newland House has been thoughtfully re-designed, incorporating all of its original features. This design process has provided a safe and comfortable home for its residents, making Newland House one of the most appealing care homes in Oxfordshire.
Located in the thriving Cotswold market town of Witney, 12 miles west of the City of Oxford, Newland House can be found tucked away behind an appealing facade of traditional Oxfordshire stone. With its well-kept gardens and historic looks, Newland House can easily claim to be one of the most attractive care homes in Oxfordshire.
Our fully-trained, compassionate and caring team has created an exceptional residential care home in Oxfordshire equipped with 28 bedrooms and spaces inside and out to enjoy both companionship and privacy.

“Mum was always happy at Newland House. She had nothing but praise for all the staff and the food, particularly the soup! If I ever need care, I hope there will be a room for me, and if anyone ever wants a reference, count me in!”
